Having security questions set up allows you to reset your password via Online Banking.

To set up your security questions:

  • Step 1

    After logging in to Online Banking, go to ‘Services’ on the left-hand side menu and click ‘Security Questions’.

    On the ‘Security Questions’ screen, click on the ‘Edit your security questions’ button.

    You’ll be sent a one-time security code to your registered mobile phone/email. Enter that code in the ‘Security code’ box and click the ‘Continue’ button.

    You’ll then see three security question boxes. Click in the ‘Security Question 1’ box to see a list of questions. Choose one that you’ll find easy to remember and write in your answer.

    Then, select another question for the ‘Security Question 2’ and ‘Security Question 3’ boxes and enter those answers. Click the ‘Save’ button

    A confirmation message should appear across the top stating your security questions were updated successfully.
