Need to change the daily transfer limit on your accounts? Follow these simple steps in Great Southern Bank Online Banking.
Remember, transactions between your Great Southern Bank accounts and any BPAY payments are excluded from your Daily Transfer Limit. However, Fast Payments have a daily limit of $5,000 and contribute to your daily transfer limit.

To manage daily limits on your accounts:

Step 1
After logging in to Great Southern Bank Online Banking, go to ‘Services’ on the left-hand side menu and click ‘Manage Limits’.

Read the information on this screen before you input a new amount. Check your current daily limit first.

Enter a new amount in the ‘New limit’ box.

Select a limit duration option – either ‘Permanent’ or ‘Temporary’. For temporary changes, select an end date on the calendar pop-up.

Click the ‘Set New Limit’ button.

You’ll be sent a one-time security code to your registered mobile phone/email. Enter that code in the ‘Security code’ box and click the ‘Continue’ button.

A confirmation message should appear across the top stating your update was successful.
