To Remove your account from The Vault

  • Step 1

    Select ‘The Vault’ from the left-hand menu.

    You will see your account and your chosen icon at the bottom of the page.

    Click on the 3 dots and select Remove.

    We’ll ask you if you have reached your savings goal.

    To confirm, select Yes and go to step 4

  • If your answer is No, we’re not here to judge, but we’ll send you a one-time passcode to remove your account.

    Tip: Remind yourself why you have locked your account away and the savings goal you are wanting to achieve.

  • Enter the passcode sent to your mobile and click Take it out

  • Step 4

    Select Do it to remove your account

    Once the account is removed from The Vault, you’ll see this confirmation. Your account will now be visible in your account listing and available for use.
