If you need to reset your password, you can do this via Online Banking if you have registered a secure mobile number or email address, along with Security Questions.

You will need:

  • Online Banking access. Register here.
  • Customer Number or email address
  • Security Questions set up

To reset your password:

  • Step 1

    From the Online Banking login page, click on the ‘Forgot your password’ link.

  • Step 2

    Enter your ‘customer number’ and ‘Date of birth’, then press the ‘Continue’ button.

  • Step 3

    You’ll be sent a one-time security code to your registered mobile phone/email. Enter that code in the ‘Security code’ box and click the ‘Continue’ button.

  • Step 4

    Next, enter the answer to one of the Security Questions you have registered with us and press the ‘Continue’ button.

  • Step 5

    In the ‘New password’ box, enter a new password. Your password should have numbers, letters and special characters or symbols. Then enter it again in the ‘Confirm new password’ box. Click the ‘Reset your password’ button.

  • Step 6

    A confirmation message should appear across the top stating your password was reset successfully.
