If you want to know when you’ve been paid, if your account drops below a certain amount or your password has changed, our SMS and email notifications can help you do all of this and more.

Follow the steps in this guide to learn how to set up notifications and always know what’s happening with your accounts.

You will need:

Access to Online banking.

To set up notifications:

Click on ‘Notification Settings’ found in the left-hand side menu on the ‘Account Overview’ page.

Select your notification preferences and follow the prompts to set up your notifications. You can choose from the following options:
  • Receive SMS or email notifications (or both).
  • Account notifications for changes made to your account.
  • Card notifications for online and mobile device purchases.
  • Security notifications for attempted logins and changes to your password.
  • Other notifications for miscellaneous alerts.

Click on ‘Save Changes’. A confirmation message will appear at the top of the page when your notifications are successfully updated.
