How do I register for Telebanker ?

To register for Telebanker, simply call us on 133 282 or visit your local branch and we’ll help to set you up.

What will I need to begin?

You’ll need your customer number and a telephone access code (TAC). If you don’t have a TAC or have forgotten it, call us or drop in a branch.

What happens next?

When you call 133 282, Telebanker will prompt you for your customer number and then your TAC. For privacy, key in these numbers using the buttons on your telephone keypad.

Once you’ve logged in to Telebanker, you’ll immediately hear your preferred account balance. This will default to your oldest account. If you wish to hear another account, simply ask our Customer Service team to update it for you at any time.

You’ll then be given a list of options. Simply tell Telebanker what you want. Remember, for each instruction you give the system, you’ll need to specify the name of the account and the type of enquiry or transaction you wish to carry out.
