  • make payments to anyone, using ‘Pay anyone’ or ‘Fast Payments’ in online or mobile banking.
  • pay bills with BPAY using mobile or online banking.

Recurring payments

How to set up a recurring payment

A recurring payment is a regular payment from your Visa Debit card or Mastercard credit card. You can set one up by allowing a merchant, company or biller (Initiator) to charge your debit or credit card. To do this, you’ll need to supply the Initiator with your card details.

Cancelling a recurring payment

If you wish to cancel an existing recurring payment, you will need to contact us via Secure Mail (Online Banking), by Telephone on 133 282, or by attending one of our Branches. You will then need to contact the merchant directly to let them know.

Your responsibilities with recurring payments

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to advise the Initiator of any changes to your details.

Direct debit payments

How to set up a direct debit

A regular payment from a transaction account is called a direct debit. You can set up a direct debit by allowing a merchant, company or biller (Initiator) to take money from your account using your BSB and account number.

Cancelling a direct debit

If you want to cancel an existing recurring payment you should contact the Initiator directly and arrange for the payment to be stopped. We can stop a regular payment on your behalf if you are concerned that the Initiator has not actioned your request.

Your responsibilities with direct debits

For any changes to your account, it is your responsibility to advise the Initiator.

Disputes

How to dispute a regular payment

If you see any payments on your account that you believe are not authorised or are for an incorrect amount, please contact us on 133 282 to discuss the issue.

Further details regarding sending and receiving payments can be found in the Terms and Conditions.
