Application process

We know applying for a graduate program takes a lot of time and effort, so we’ll do our best to make sure you have all the information you need, and that we’ll review your application as quickly as possible. We have outlined our recruitment process below, although timeframes may vary depending on the role you’ve applied for and how many applications we receive.

1. Submit application

Tell us about who you are and what unique skills and experiences you can bring to Great Southern Bank.

Have your cover letter, resume and academic transcript ready to upload.

2. Video Interview

Once we've reviewed your application, we'll let you know if you're invited to complete a video interview.

3. Assessment Centre

If you make it to the final stage of the recruitment process, we'll invite you to attend an assessment centre.

There’ll be opportunities to hear more about our graduate program, meet past graduates, and demonstrate your skills by participating in a range of interactive activities.

4. Offer

If successful, we’ll get your permission to conduct final reference checks and background screening.

We’ll keep in touch with our successful graduates before you commence in January to ensure you feel a part of the Great Southern Bank before you even start.
