At Great Southern Bank we fight fraud on a number of fronts. We regularly take action to prevent fraud and protect our customers, but we can’t do it alone.

It’s important that you work with us and take precautions to help reduce the likelihood of fraud on your account. In the same way you would lock your doors and secure your home, there are many basic precautions you can take to protect your money, identity, and online banking.
Suspect fraud?

If you have accidently given someone your password or your personal information has been stolen, contact us immediately on 133 282 or via email at banking.integrity@gsb.com.au So we can assist you further.

You should also change your password in online banking and report any instance of identity theft to your local police.
