Here are the steps involved in making a life insurance claim:

- We will send you a Claim Information Pack. We will tell you the relevant evidences that we need to consider your claim and explain why it is required.
- Complete the claim form and collect any supporting information we have asked for.
- Send the form and all the information. make sure all sections are complete.
