What is the purpose of the survey?
At Great Southern Bank we’re continually looking at ways to improve the products and services we provide to our customers. To do this, we want to hear what our valued customers have to say and seek their feedback.
Why have I been invited to participate in a survey?
If you’ve received an email inviting you to take part in a survey, you’ve been randomly selected by Great Southern Bank to participate. Great Southern Bank has provided your name and e-mail address to our approved research supplier Confirmit to conduct this survey. Confirmit are required to remove your name and email address from their records after the survey has been completed.
Please do not forward the email invitation onto others as the system only accepts one response per email invitation.
Are my responses to the survey anonymous?
Yes, your privacy is important to us. Confirmit anonymise all responses before providing the survey responses to our approved research suppliers and consultants Enhance Research, RFi, Ndevr Environmental and Kantar (formally Colmar Brunton) for analysis. These research suppliers will aggregate the survey responses, before reporting the results of the survey to us. We don't report responses at an individual customer level.
Will my responses be shared?
Your information and responses to this survey will not be shared with or sold to any third parties. Survey responses (at an aggregated and anonymised level) will be used for internal management purposes only.
How can I check the legitimacy of this survey?
This survey will not ask for any personal, financial, or banking details. We will never ask you to update, confirm or disclose your personal banking or credit card details via email or telephone.
