Annual Report launch puts spotlight on customer support through COVID and sustainability

Australia’s largest customer owned bank, Great Southern Bank, today launches its 2021 Annual Report, detailing its key financial, social and environmental achievements during the year on behalf of its 420,000 active customers.

In a year of great change its achievements included rebranding as a bank and becoming carbon neutral as part of its new sustainability strategy.
